Senator Orin Hatch
is scheduled to attend our Patient Conference
and Provider Conference this week to receive an
award from OFFER for his support of CFS research
and education.
NEW EXCITING
OFFERS!
OFFER has decided to extend the early
registration rate for the Patient Conference of
$30 through Friday, May 4th. Tickets at the door
on Saturday, May 5th, will still be $40.
As long as space
is available, you may also register to attend
the Provider Conference (Friday, May 4th and
Saturday morning, May 5th) for an additional
$30.
If you are
registered for the Provider Conference you may
attend the Patient Conference at no additional
charge. Your Provider Conference badge will
serve as your ticket to the Patient Conference.
You can register
online or print off the registation form and
mail it or deliver it to OFFER.
There will be some
major CFS research revelations that will be
introduced to the general public nationally for
the first time at this conference!
As we reported last month, Lynne
Matallana, National Fibromyalgia Association
President, has agreed to make a
presentation at our Patient Conference.
Lynne is the FMA Founder, Fibromyalgia Aware
Magazine Publisher, on the FDA Center for
Drug Evaluation Research Arthritis Advisory
Committee, member of National Institue of
Arthritis & Musculoskeletal & Skin Diseases
Coalition, featured on Newsweek, Dateline
NBC, in numerous national media, on
television and radio broadcasts, and is the
author of The Complete Idiot's Guide:
