OFFER's 3RD ANNUAL CFS & FM PATIENT CONFERENCE

Salt Lake Community College-The Miller Center
Located at 9750 S 300 W, in Sandy, Utah; just south of Salt Lake City

On-line Fibromyalgia and Arthritis Self-Management Class:
The Stanford School of Medicine is inviting people to take part in a free 6 week online program and study for people with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis (also called degenerative arthritis), or fibromyalgia. It will be a 6-week, small group, interactive workshop on the Internet.

Volunteers are needed for the OFFER office and for our annual fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome conferences held on April 15-16, 2005. If you would like to be a part of OFFER's volunteer team, contact Carol Arnzen at offerregistration@yahoo.com

OTHER COMMUNITY CFS/FM PROGRAMS:
Facilitators Linnea Noyes PhD, Deb Keye-Shea PAC, and Ali Allen are currently seeking high school and college age students who would like to get together once a month to discuss the challenges of living with chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.
