OFFER had it's beginnings in 2001,
when Dr. Lucinda Bateman realized that there was a great need
provide support to those in our community who deal daily with CFS/ME and/or Fibromyalgia. Education and Research are two fundamental areas where OFFER tries to make a difference. OFFER seeks to help those who suffer from these illnesses, as well as their care-givers, friends, and relatives who want to better understand what is being done to help prevent and perhaps one day, cure these illnesses.
