Bulletin Board Issues

Spammers are becoming more sophisticated and very creative.  If they had their way, our Bulletin Board would be filled with advertisements that most of us would prefer not to see.  Efforts have been made to reject these advertisements and the people posting them.  If they can't access the Bulletin Board, they attempt to delete it or try to eliminate it.  For now, we'll take down the Bulletin Board until a better system is available to eliminate these spammers.  We hope this isn't permanent and that we will be able to get our Bulletin Board up and running again.
